Biography

With a background in corporate governance, mergers, contracting, and competition/consumer protection laws, Luke Woodward brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team at Blazier, Christensen, Browder & Virr, P.C.

During this time with the Antitrust Division of the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Mr. Woodward worked directly on the landmark case Texas v. Google, which challenges the search giant’s data collection practices and dominance in digital advertising. His extensive knowledge of business operations, data privacy, and competition in the rapidly evolving tech landscape allows him to carefully advise business clients navigating the complexities of today’s digital economy.

Mr. Woodward holds an undergraduate degree in Finance with Honors from Texas Tech University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech School of Law. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, combining a strong legal foundation with a deep understanding of business dynamics.

In his free time, Mr. Woodward enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife, son, and two dogs while immersing himself in Austin's vibrant culture.
